YOGA & WELLNESS RETREATS - Everyone needs a chance to get away and do something special for themselves.  My yoga retreats are designed to help participants find bliss through yoga, nutrition, philosophy/education, outdoor activity, and spa services.  Let me plan a retreat for your group soon!

YOGA BLISS PARTIES-
Similar to Pampered Chef or Party Lite parties, a Yoga Bliss Party occurs when an acquaintance offers to host my services at their location.  Yoga Bliss Parties consist of a 60-minute yoga practice followed by a delicious and healthy meal.  This is a great opportunity to spend quality time with friends doing something for your personal wellness!

YOGA DECK DAYS - Twice a month from June to August I offer a weeknight yoga session followed by a delicious and healthy meal.  Inquire for details.

CORPORATE YOGA - With a flexible schedule, I am able to offer my services as an instructor at your place of business.  This is a cost effective, convenient and fun way to bring wellness and team building into your work environment.

STUDIO INSTRUCTION - I teach at a variety of studios in the Littleton area, and following is my weekly schedule:
  • Tuesdays, 12:00pm at Core Power Yoga (Ken Caryl)
  • Wednesdays, 12:00pm at 24 Hour Fitness (Highlands Ranch)
  • Thursdays, 12:00pm at Toller Office Park (10822 W. Toller Drive, 3rd Floor, Littleton)
