Ananda Prana BOOT CAMP is designed to take your health and fitness to the next level. Each day participants will enjoy 2 yoga sessions and 2 cross training workouts.  This 4-day program is designed to maximize your body's health potential through strength training, endurance workouts and yoga. 

Get away for the a long weekend in the *Colorado Rockies!  Participants will also learn easy and effective nutrition tips during the healthy and fueling meals that will be provided each day.  Ananda Prana BOOT CAMP will provide a fun, supportive team environment to help you lose fat, tone your muscles, improve your fitness and learn to live a healthier lifestyle!
